The Manifesto
The Growth Marketing Manifesto
A belief in six parts about who deserves to be seen, what deserves to rise, and why growth marketing finally has a home.

Growth has always lived in the shadows.
The best growth marketer you know is probably invisible.
Their best campaign is buried in a dashboard nobody will ever see. Their reputation is a LinkedIn headline that anyone — literally anyone — could type. The tactics they spent months testing are trapped in their own head, or lost in a firehose of X threads, $2,000 gated courses, and recycled listicle spam that all say the same seven things.
Meanwhile, the loudest person in the room gets the client. The best-networked person gets the job. The one with the fanciest title gets believed.
Not the one with the receipts.
This is the world growth marketing has quietly accepted for a decade. And it's broken.
So everyone guesses.
When there's no trusted way to know who's good and what works, everyone is forced to guess. And guessing is expensive.
$50K–$150K
The cost of one wrong growth hire. Founders make this bet on a headline and a vibe. Again and again.
$2K–$20K
The cost of a single failed experiment. And roughly 70% of them fail — often running tactics that stopped working a year ago.
∞
The careers that never happen. The brilliant operators who stay invisible while louder ones take the stage.
* Industry estimates.
Companies burn budgets on yesterday's playbook. Talented people burn out unrecognized. Merit goes unrewarded. Noise beats signal.
That is the real cost of a category with no home.
We think the work should rank.
Not the title.
So we're building the reputation layer growth marketing never had.
Here's what we believe.
Six declarations
-
01
Receipts over rhetoric.
Anyone can claim they 10x'd growth. Almost no one can show you the numbers. We believe every claim deserves proof — and we're building a place where verified results are celebrated and unproven ones are flagged. If you did the work, prove it, and let the proof speak. Here's how we verify results.
-
02
Givers gain.
The people who share what actually works should be rewarded for it, not exploited. On our platform, contribution compounds. The more you give — a hack, a teardown, a real number — the more discoverable you become. Generosity isn't naive here. It's the fastest way up.
-
03
Merit is the only credential.
No pedigree. No agency logo. No follower count required. A solo operator with receipts can outrank a 50-person agency with a brand. The work is the resume. That's not a slogan — it's how the leaderboard is built.
-
04
Built in the open.
Reputation earned behind closed doors is just a rumor. We believe profiles, votes, and rankings should be public, transparent, and shareable — no black boxes, no mysterious algorithms deciding who matters. What you see is what everyone sees.
-
05
Signal over volume.
The last thing growth marketing needs is another firehose. We believe in curation over noise — surfacing the tactics that actually worked and protecting your attention from the ones that didn't. Less spam. More signal. See what rises to the top.
-
06
Play the long game.
Trust is the only moat that compounds. That's why rank can never be bought here — not for any price. Pay-to-win breaks the one thing this entire category is missing. We would rather grow slowly and stay trusted than grow fast and become the noise we set out to replace.
GitHub did it for engineers. Growth had no home.
Engineers have GitHub — where your commits are your reputation.
Designers have Dribbble and Behance — where your work is your portfolio.
Product people have Product Hunt — where the best launches rise on merit.
Every serious craft eventually gets its home. A place where the work is visible, the reputation is earned, and the best rise because they're the best — not because they were the loudest.
Growth marketing — one of the highest-leverage skills of the last decade — never got one.
Until now.
This is a movement. Not a mailing list.
We just launched — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. That's the whole point.
The category is being built right now, in the open, by the people who show up first. The top of the leaderboard is wide open. The best hacks haven't been posted yet. The founding profiles — the low-numbered ones people will point to years from now — could be written by you, this week.
Ten years from now, when growth marketing's reputation is earned in the open — the way engineering's is on GitHub — someone will ask who was here at the start.
We think it should be you.
Free forever. No pay-to-win. Receipts over rhetoric.
And here's what we stand against.
A belief worth anything has to be willing to say who it's not for.
This is not a home for get-rich-quick "gurus." It's not for black-hat shortcut sellers, overnight-success merchants, or anyone whose growth strategy is a screenshot with no numbers behind it.
If you can't back a claim with a result, this isn't your place. That's not gatekeeping — it's the whole promise. The moment we let unproven hype in, we become the noise we're here to replace.
Growth marketing has been diluted by people selling the idea of results instead of the results themselves. We're drawing a line. On this side of it: the operators who did the work and can prove it.
If that's you, welcome home.
The home of growth is open. Which door is yours?
